CONNECT YOUR WALL OVEN
Connect your JennAir® Wall Oven in just 6 simple steps.
Download and open the JennAir® App on your device. Select the + symbol at the top right of your screen and select your appliance category.
Select your model number from the list.
Your model and serial numbers are placed discreetly inside the unit on the top center.
Follow the in-app prompts, then select “Tools” on your oven’s screen.
Select “WiFi Features”, then “Ok” to agree to the terms of service.
Next, select “Search Network” to locate your 2.4GHz WiFi network. Select it from the list and press “Connect.”
Enter the WiFi password, then press “Ok”.
Your wall oven is now connecting to the WiFi network, and may take a few minutes to complete.
Your JennAir® wall oven does not have a QR code, so you will need to manually enter the SAID and MAC ID numbers. Use the “Need Help” option on the app.
The SAID and MAC ID numbers are found in the “Wireless Features” menu, under “SAID Code”.
Verify the model number in the app and press “Next”. The app will notify you when your wall oven is successfully connected.
In the app, name your appliance to distinguish it from any other connected JennAir® appliances.
You can locate your appliance from the “My Appliances” screen in the app to access your appliances’ connected features.
